About Us
Welcome to BLK OUT, where we lift our community to new heights! Our space is dedicated to
empowering members of all fitness levels.
We help everyone achieve their goals through proven strength training methods. Our micro gym has
that local character that invites you in to put in the work! Our trainers are supportive and
motivating with credentials that fit anyone’s needs.
What makes our business different from others is how passionate we are about having a positive
impact for non members too. Portions of every membership go to a collaborating local Non-Profit
to have more of a direct impression on our community.
In addition, we adopted an innovative payment scheduling. We charge small, weekly automatic
payments for our members so they find financial comfort in affording effective training. Find us

Seasoned Power Lifter, deeply connected to the community, has served as a group fitness coach and reputable Personal Trainer for nearly a decade.
With a wealth of experience in strength programming and a comprehensive background in nutrition, her expertise rivals, enabling her to deliver an industry leading training experience for her clientele.
Jessica Gustafson
Jessica Gustafson
Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Lifting Coach. She brings a wealth of experience in Sales, Operations, Personal Training and Gym Management. With almost 8 years of expertise, she has refined her abilities in managing boutique fitness operations, including launching, scaling, and rejuvenating fitness studios. Her passions lie in Group Fitness Coaching, building youth confidence through movement and fitness, community relations, and optimizing business processes to increase capacity, revenue, and growth.
